Get Verified as an Agent

To unlock full access and withdrawal of your earned incentives as a Sevi Agent, you need to complete your personal details and be linked to a seller.

Follow these steps:

1. Complete Personal Details​

From your Personal account, tap View to open the verification screen and take a photo of your National ID (front and back), lastly upload your Face ID only.

From your Agent account, look for Invite Rewards and tap View to open the Earnings screen.

Tap Link to a Seller and select your seller and await for approval.

3. ✅ Verification Complete​

Once approved and activated, you’ll:

  • Receive a notification.
  • Gain access to withdraw incentives earned from onboarding customers.

Agents earn KES 600 for every new customer they successfully onboard and push for first order. This incentive is stored in your wallet account and becomes withdrawable once approved.
