How to Use USSD

You can access Sevi services without the app by dialing *789*7788#.
The menu you see depends on your account status.


1. What You See When You Dial

A. Credit Customers (With Active Orders)

If you have unpaid orders, you will immediately see:

Pay orders
a. selling company - 2000 KES - PENDING - 06/26/2025
b. selling company - 1500 KES - PENDING - 06/26/2025
c. selling company - 2200 KES - DUE - 06/26/2025
d. selling company - 2200 KES - LATE - 06/26/2025
e. selling company - 3402 KES - PAID - 07/04/2025

5. Other options

Select an order → choose payment method (Sevi Account, M-Pesa, or Bank) →
If paying via Sevi Account: enter your Sevi PIN → payment completes.


B. Verified / Non-Verified Customers With No Orders

If you have no active orders, you will see the Main Menu:

1. Pay orders  
2. Verify Payment
3. My account
4. Support
5. Transactions

C. Non-Verified Customers With Pending Direct Pay

If a seller or agent sents you a direct-pay request:

M-pesa payment prompt
a. selling company - 2000 KES - PENDING
b. selling company - 2000 KES - PENDING

5. Other options

Choosing a or b triggers an M-Pesa STK prompt where now you will enter your Mpesa PIN and Send.


2. Main Menu Options

1. Pay Order

If you have orders you will see:

b. selling company - 1500 KES - PENDING - 06/26/2025
c. selling company - 2200 KES - DUE - 06/26/2025

5. Other options

If no orders you will see:

You have no orders to pay.

2. Verify Payment

Check if your payment went through.

Please enter the invoice number, order ID, or transaction ID:

Enter the invoice number, order number or transaction ID to view the status.


3. My Account

If you are new and not completed the initial steps of registration you will see:

If you have completed the initial steps of onboarding you will see:

Wallet balance: 0 KES
Available Pay Later balance: 2500 KES
Open balance (what to pay): 0 KES
Status: No available credit limit, onboard via app required
